Bin dividers

Here is a simple solution to one overhead bin issue. Put dividers in the nuns so that wheels up and put us the only way a bag can go in. If it doesn't fit then check it. Then comes the trickledown economics: checked bag = new luggage purchase.

Brannif

A brief blast from the past.  On my flight out of Green Bay tonight there was a wonderful chap in the cabin tonight, Edward.  Very friendly, had his passenger names memorized, offered us drinks while we were boarding, shook our hands and thanked us for flying with Northwest.  So it begged the question, was this just Edward or part of Northwest's impending front-line training to improve customer satisfaction.  Edward explained it was just him :(      It goes back to the days when he was trained as a Purser when they that role at Braniff's.
