To the overly kind tall lady at the gate in Green Bay today. Thank you
for your over-communicatiion to everyone, customers and the TSA alike.
Not too mention you complete understanding of the standard boarding
process and making sure customers got their ticket stubs so that they
have a receipt that shows they took their flight, just in case something
that might be beyond your control happens and a customer needs the
standard documentation that they actually took the flight. Let us not
forget, that someone might just have an affliction and need to collect
these stubs.
EXSTREME SARCASM!
This lady was so rude and shocked that I would want a receipt that she
completely lost it and practically threw the entire ticket at me.
