Some seats don't recline

Some seats don't recline. Sometimes this is because they are broken,
more often it is for safety. The row of seats in front of the exit row
never reclines. If these seats did recline, they would create an
obstruction during an emergency. It makes me laugh every time when I see
people in these rows who are insane, they keep trying for the entire
flight to get their seat to recline. It's the insanity of people that
makes me laugh so hard.

If you can score an exit row, then you get the extra leg room that is
needed for a safe exit along with the assuance that the bugger in front
of you won't be slamming their seat back into your lap.
